Why hire a Buyer's Agent?

We find the following Buyer's benefit most from the help of a Buyer's Agent:

  • Those requiring access to additional off-market opportunities.

  • People who require high-level research to substantiate property values.

  • Buyer’s who require professional due diligence on a potential purchase to ensure there are no skeletons in the closet!

  • Those who require assistance with investment research to ascertain and compare investment options.

  • Buyer’s who feel uncomfortable negotiating against a professional Real Estate Agent.

  • Buyer's who have looked for a period of time, continue to be unsuccessful with any purchases and require an expert on their side to manage the entire process and drive an exchange successfully over the line.

Service Costs

All service costs are customised to each Buyer and determined by the complexity of each property brief. Generally, the Buyer's Agent fee is a small percentage of the purchase price. A deposit is taken at the beginning of the process and then the remainder of the percentage (minus the deposit) is not due until an exchange takes place on the chosen property.

Consultative Process

If you are interested to learn more about the Buyer's Agent service, the following complimentary steps are undertaken to determine if the service is suitable for you:

  1. Phone Call (15-20min) between myself and the buyer/s involved in the decision process so that I can learn more about your situation and answer any questions you may have about the service.

  2. Meeting (45-60min) in our office to discuss your property brief in detail including all of your requirements, non-negotiable items and purchase budget.

  3. A formal fee proposal and acquisition strategy will be provided. This will then give the Buyer/s some time to consider if the service is right for them going forward.
